This year, the Sallins GAA Mens & Ladies Senior football, hurling & camogie teams are coming together for a fundraiser.
On 30th March, we will complete a cycle the length of Ireland, from Mizen Head to Malin Head, a total of 601 kilometres. The event will be live streamed throughout the day & all are welcomed down to cheer us on!
There will be music & refreshments on the day & we welcome everyone to call down for what will be an enjoyable day for all.
All proceeds will go towards the training funds for our adult men’s & ladies teams. This includes costs of physios, referees, strength & conditioning, video analysis, statistics and gear.
Last year, our ladies football team won their league, while the camogie team won their first ever championship. Our men’s team were promoted to division 1 of the league for the first time since the 1990’s, and our hurlers won their championship. With great progress made by all teams last year, we will be relying on your continued support to help us compete at the next level. And so, every donation will be greatly appreciated as we strive for another successful year!
