Hello, to all our members.

Just a short note to update you on progress 'behind the scenes' in Sallins GAA.

• Works have begun on the upgrade of the senior pitch lights which includes the addition of two new poles with lights, and replacing all existing fittings with LED fittings. This will provide improved quality of lighting on the senior pitch, reduce the operating cost and eliminate issues with lights tripping out. This project is largely funded by grants.
• An order has been placed for a new robot mower which will maintain the grass on the senior and juvenile pitches. We hope to have the mower installed and operational in mid-September. This project was part funded by the Dogs Night fundraiser last year.

Also, the Lotto continues to run every Tuesday night @ 8pm in the grounds while also being live-streamed on Facebook. The Jackpot is now at €9000, so remember; if you're not in you can't win!

Thanks to all who have been working hard during the last few months on all the various aspects of getting these projects over the line and to the dedicated Lotto volunteers who show up every week to the benefit of the entire Sallins GAA community.
